Workforce Investment Act serves as job search assistance agency responsible for administering the federal Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) for Crisp County. Assess and refer individuals for on-the-job training with employers, and reimburse 50% of client wages during the training. This agency places eligible individuals in employment position with the goal of long-term employment.
