Service Description

Provides a volunteer who helps to improve the lives of people who live in long-term care settings like nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult family care homes. They Investigate complaints lodged against licensed nursing homes, adult care facilities, assisted living facilities by residents or their families. Referrals are made to the appropriate agency.

Eligibility

Individuals ages 60 and older, living in a licensed Assisted Living Faciliity, Adult Family Care Home or 18 or older living in a Nursing Home.
