Application Instructions
Call for an appointment and details. Appointments are taken on Tuesdays, 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM, on a first-come, first-served basis. Funding may be limited depending on availability.
Required documents: Current utility bills Lease or mortgage agreement Proof of expenses Proof of income Proof of unexpected event or unforeseen emergency Social security cards for all household members Utility disconnection notice Valid Photo ID (for all adults)
