Pet Populaton Control provides affordable, high volume, quality care spaying/neutering services and educating the community about responsible pet ownership.

Eligibility
Stray/Feral/Outside cats needing neutering or vaccines.
Application Instructions
Strays/Feral/Outside cats living free on the outside. NO APPOINTMENTS necessary. Drop off is between 8a.m. and 9a.m. on a first come first served basis. EACH CAT MUST BE IN A HARD CAT CARRIER, NO TALLER THAN 14" OR HUMANE TRAP, lined with newspaper. WILL NOT ACCEPT FERAL CATS IN SOFT ZIP UP CARRIERS OR CARDBOARD CARRIERS. Pet Population Control can spay kittens at 2 lbs (which is about 8 to 10 weeks old). They can spay a female cat if she is pregnant, lactating or in heat (at no additional cost). Proof of current rabies vaccination paperwork for cats over 4 months old. If the pet doesn't have the rabies vaccine, will administer the vaccine the same day.
