Offers a short-term, motivational, evidence-based, non-12-step alternative assessment and treatment for individuals who have mild alcohol or drug problems and other clinical concerns, including developing a healthier lifestyle, losing weight, exercising more, quitting tobacco products, quitting gambling, dealing with sleep difficulties, and reducing internet or video game use.
