PRIVATE-NON PROFIT - Autism Grant - The Helping Hands Project provides families with financial assistance in getting necessary biomedical treatments, supplements and therapy services for their child diagnosed with autism. Maximum grant award is $1,000. Application can be found online. Grant award is paid directly to the vendor providing the service needed. Only approved NAA grant recipients will be contacted by NAA.

Persons between the ages of birth and 21 years old, reside in US, diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Review the three basic criterias. If you meet these, then you must complete a GRANT APPLICATION. You must attach a letter from your child’s physician that confirms your child’s diagnosis. You must provide a copy of your most recent tax return, just the main page showing your taxable income is fine, you do not need to include attachments/schedules. If you were not required to file a tax return, other proof of income is required. Your annual net income cannot exceed $50,000.
