Provides weekly skills group, individual therapy, and coaching calls. Individuals learn the core skills of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Eligibility

Individuals age 18 and over. Priority is given to persons with suicidal behaviors, a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, or multiple psychiatric conditions.
