Service Description

Provides civil legal services to victims of eligible non-intimate partner crimes such as: abuse or neglect (child or adult); abandonment or neglect; aggravated assault and battery; arson, burglary, robbery, theft, larceny; crime victim facing eviction/foreclosure, unlawful detainer action; child victims of abuse, bullying; financial crimes; forcible sexual offense and rape; hate crimes, mass violence; homicide; human trafficking (sex and labor); identity theft, fraud, scams; child or adult sexual assault; and restraining orders for the protection against stalking, repeat violence, sexual violence, and domestic violence.
