HUF's mainline number (954) 964-8884 will be forwarded and answered by two bilingual staff members (English/Spanish) from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Intake Specialists will connect clients with the following basic needs services: Assistance with SNAP applications. Assistance with access to healthcare (including Medicaid, Kid Care, etc.). Emergency Assistance - resources available through HUF, Broward County, and other partners.
