Provides linkage, advocacy, and planning of services to children trying to keep them in the least restrictive living arrangements. Children and Families involved in case management can also be referred to the FSPT committee, which explores alternative interventions with the family and the different levels of care, such as in-patient and residential placement if they meet the criteria.
