Eligibility

Parents /prospective parents living in zip codes 33069, 33060, 33313, 33311, 33004, 33020 and 33023 in need of offered services. Assessment must occur prenatally (or post-partum before the baby is three months old) in order to qualify for program. Services are provided until the child is 3 - 5.
