Service Description

Provides a Section 504 Home Repair loan to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve or modernize their homes, grants, and remove health and safety hazards.

Eligibility

Homeowner that occupies the house. Unable to obtain affordable credit elsewhere. Have a household income that does not exceed the very low limit by county. Visit the website for details. For grants - Individuals age 62 and over and not be able to repay a repair loan.
