Provides an out of school youth work program to teach skills of obtaining and maintaining employment. The program includes a paid work experience.

Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 - 23 with a disability who are not attending school for at least one semester or 6 months. Youth enrolled in alternative education or GED Programs at the time of enrollment are considered Out of school youth.
