Broward Regional Health Planning Council (BRHPC)

Provides financial assistance to clients who meet the eligibility criteria and are enrolled in a Marketplace plan identified by the Ryan White Program. Assist eligible individuals living with Human Immunodeficiency Viruses (HIV) to maintain or obtain medical benefits through the health insurance continuation program and helps with copay, deductibles, and coinsurance. To obtain health coverage for individuals and families that do not have coverage through a job, Medicare, Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or another source. NOTE: Affordable Care Act (ACA, Obamacare).

Individuals living with HIV and an income between 50% - 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) may be eligible for co-payment and deductible assistance.

Clients receiving Ryan White Part A services may need the information to determine if they meet program criteria. Once approved, the client calls the contact number to inform the medical appointments program with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Clients must send their health insurance card, monthly premium statement, and contact information regarding medical visit copayments and deductibles.
