Service Description

Provides short-term financial assistance for rent, mortgage, and utilities, as well as financial assistance for permanent housing placement for the first and last month’s rent or utility deposits to move into a new housing unit that meets HUD’s habitable standards. Also offers tenant-based rental assistance vouchers to live in private, independent apartment units.
