Customers can download a contactless mobile ticketing app for smartphones from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Paper bus passes can be purchased online or in-person at BCT terminals, Broward County libraries, and participating businesses. Customer service representatives can answer questions, assist riders with ticket purchases, and download the mobile ticketing app; call for details. Passengers are required to wear a face covering. Riders without a face covering will not be allowed on the bus.
