Service Description
NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: Provides one-time assistance with rent, mortgage, and utility arrears or current amount due with a maximum combined assistance limit of $900; additionally provides move-in assistance, which includes rental security deposit, utility deposit, first months rent and last month's rent with a maximum combined assistance limit of $1,500.
Eligibility
Alachua County resident, must have ability to sustain housing/utilities after assistance and must have proof of unexpected expense or loss of income.
