This section of the Web site is for use by agencies and service providers only.

In the Provider Portal, you can register your agency or you can add, change or delete information about your agency in the database. You can also view reports and respond to messages from the public.

Some information about service providers included in Connect Me Ohio has been provided by the state agency that funds the services. If you request to become a provider and you are already in the system through a state agency, or if you request a change to a listing provided by a state agency, your inquiry will be directed to that state agency for response.
